Grace Overton

The first call to a clinic is usually the part people dread: hold music, an insurance question nobody can answer, the feeling of being processed. At Aureum Physio that call goes to Grace, and it goes differently. She grew up in Wake County and graduated from Enloe High School, where she was a standout soccer player for her school, for NCFC and for Wake FC. She went on to play collegiate soccer at Guilford College in Greensboro, and graduated in May 2026 with a Bachelor of Science and a double major in Exercise Science and Health Science. As Patient Care Coordinator she runs the scheduling, the insurance verification and the front of house. The practice's own description of her job is the glue that holds the clinic together. She is not a clinician, she does not treat patients or offer clinical guidance, and she will hand any question about your body straight to your physical therapist. What she does is make sure nothing administrative ends up standing between you and your appointment.
