Effective Date: August 13, 2026
Aureum Physio ("we," "us," or "our") is a physical therapy clinic at 1855 Evans Rd in Cary, North Carolina. This policy explains, in plain language, what information aureumphysionc.com collects, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do about it. One thing to say up front: this website is general information about physical therapy, not medical advice, and reading it is not a substitute for being evaluated in person. If something hurts, book a visit or call us instead of self-diagnosing from a web page.
The only information this site asks you for comes from the contact and appointment form: your name, your phone number, your email address, whatever you choose to type into the free-text message field, and whether you check the box consenting to text messages. Please keep the message field brief and do not put detailed medical history into it. Separately, our website host records the standard technical details every web server records, such as your IP address, your browser and device type, and which pages were requested.
We use what you send us to answer your question, schedule or confirm a visit, verify your insurance benefits, and follow up about your care. That is the entire list. We do not sell your information, we do not rent it, and we do not use it to target advertising. Form submissions are kept only as long as we reasonably need them for scheduling and recordkeeping. Anything that becomes part of your clinical record once you are a patient is handled under applicable health privacy law rather than under this website policy.
The form on this site is processed by Netlify, the service that hosts the website. Your submission is delivered to us and stored in our account there. If you check the consent box and give us your phone number, you are agreeing to receive text messages from Aureum Physio about your appointment. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or email admin@aureumphysionc.com and we will take you off the list. Opting out of texts does not affect your ability to book or receive care; we will simply call or email you instead. We do not send marketing texts and we do not share your number with anyone for marketing.
This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies of its own. The embedded third-party content described in the next section can set its own cookies or read your IP address when a page containing it loads. Our host also keeps aggregate, non-identifying counts of page requests, which tells us which pages people actually read and nothing about who read them. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though the embedded map and the reviews display may not work properly if you do.
Three outside services appear on this site. Netlify hosts the website and processes form submissions, which is why it receives what you type into the form. Google Maps supplies the embedded map on the contact and appointment sections. Elfsight supplies the widget that displays our Google reviews. Each of those companies handles data under its own privacy policy, which we do not control. Beyond what their function requires, we send them nothing about you.
You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email admin@aureumphysionc.com or call (919) 694-6186 and we will take care of it. You can withdraw text or email consent whenever you like, and doing so will never affect the care you receive. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13 through this website; if you believe a child has submitted the form, tell us and we will delete the submission.
This policy is effective August 13, 2026. If it changes, we will update that date and post the revised version here. Questions about the policy, or about information we hold, can go to Aureum Physio, 1855 Evans Rd, Cary, NC 27513, by email to admin@aureumphysionc.com, or by phone at (919) 694-6186.
