Nobody wants to start treatment and find out later what it costs. Aureum Physio accepts most major insurance plans, and we verify your coverage before treatment begins, so you know what your visits will cost up front instead of guessing. If your plan turns out to need a referral, we tell you before your first visit. If you would rather not use insurance at all, self-pay is available. Call and ask.
Ask for an appointment online or by phone. All we need to begin is your insurance details and a few minutes on the call, and no physician referral, because North Carolina has unrestricted direct access to physical therapy. Have your insurance card and a photo ID with you for the first visit.
Grace Overton, the Patient Care Coordinator, contacts your plan directly and confirms what is covered, what you can expect to pay per visit, and whether your plan sets visit limits or asks for a referral.
We walk you through what we found before treatment begins, not weeks later in the mail. If something in your plan is unclear, we say so plainly rather than letting you assume.
Some patients would rather pay directly, because the deductible makes insurance pointless this year, because the plan caps visits before the work is finished, or simply because they want it kept simple. Self-pay is available at Aureum Physio. Ask what it comes to for your situation and you will get a straight answer before you commit to anything.
